Jennifer has 20 years experience managing personnel, a bachelor's degree in finance, and a master's degree in organizational management. Her knowledge, skills, and abilities will enable The Hop Brewery to be effective in recruiting and retaining high quality employees, managing business protocol and controlling customer experience. Her knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and benefits will provide for a positive work environment for employees. Mrs Porter is a member of Southern Illinois Professional Management Association, Southern Illinois Brewers, and the Chamber of Commerce in both Herrin and Marion Illinois.
