Adam has 12 years experience brewing beer and making wine. His knowledge of chemistry and work experience in research and development and quality control ensure consistent batches of great tasting beer. Mr. Porter is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society, The Society Fraternal of Miners, Modern Woodmen, St Louis Paint and Coatings Society, and Southern Illinois Brewers.
