Midnight Stave: Bourbon Stout, 9.5% ABV (limited bottles remain)
Bourbon Stout was aged on oak staves pulled from Honey Heist Mead Co.’s Confidence Man — an old fashioned–inspired mead that left its honeyed citrus character deep in the grain. We paired those staves with Blade & Bow bourbon, building a stout that’s dark, warm, and layered with quiet complexity. Only in bottles and a limited release so get yours while it's still available!
Spruce Pale Ale, 5.5% ABV
Spruce Pale Ale brings a clean, bright hop profile with just a whisper of evergreen. Centennial hops lead with citrus and gentle pine, while a subtle touch of spruce aroma and flavor threads through the glass, adding depth without overpowering the crisp, refreshing finish.
Sugar Cookie Cream Ale, 5.5% ABV
Sugar Cookie Cream Ale keeps the spotlight on the beer, with a smooth cream ale base and soft, rounded malt character. Light notes of vanilla and a whisper of almond add a gentle sugar cookie impression, just enough to feel festive without losing its clean, easy-drinking finish.
Chocolate Orange Porter, 5.5% ABV
Chocolate Orange Porter starts with a rich, roasty porter base layered with cocoa and a bright ribbon of orange. Think dark chocolate and candied orange peel in a glass—smooth, slightly sweet, and finishing with a clean citrus pop that keeps each sip inviting rather than heavy.
Bourbon Pecan Brown, 5.5% ABV
Bourbon Pecan Brown is a smooth, malt-forward brown ale with layers of toasted nut, caramel, and a soft bourbon warmth. Pecan praline notes round out the profile, giving a gentle dessert-like richness while the finish stays clean and easy to come back to.
Jams Addiction, 5.7% ABV
Bright and refreshing with a soft, bready malt backbone, this golden ale drinks tart and lively, bursting with pineapple brightness and blackberry depth. Conditioned with pineapple–blackberry jam provided by Blackberry Hollow Farms, it finishes crisp and clean with a mouthwatering snap.
Möwin' Bräu: Pilsner, 5% ABV, 19 IBU, 3 SRM
The Möwin' Bräu (lawnmower beer) is mashed at a lower temperature lending it a
dry flavor, finishing with just the right amount of floral hops. This is a
refreshing beer, good for winding down after a long day.
Blonded by Science, 5.1% ABV
A smooth, golden Irish Blonde with a creamy malt body and a touch of oat silkiness. Subtle floral and herbal notes from Willamette hops make this an easy-drinking, brilliantly balanced brew.
Killer Pear: Pear Ale, 5% ABV
The Killer Pear is naturally Gluten Free. It is light and sweet and has a taste of ripe
pear that finishes tart, not bitter. The Killer pear is popular with wine
lovers.
30 Hop 6 IPA: 6.4% ABV
Built on a foundation of clean, crisp 2-row malt and loaded with classic Centennial hops, 30 Hop 6 delivers a flavor shot straight to the palate—piney, citrus-forward, and unapologetically bold.
Come Wassail Away With Me: 8.8% ABV
A big, warming ale inspired by traditional holiday wassail. Think layers of baked orchard fruit, gentle mulling spice, and a touch of citrus riding on a rich, malty backbone. High in ABV with a smooth, lingering finish, it drinks like a festive toast in a glass – perfect for slow sipping on a cold winter night.
